How It Works 01 — Purchase & Book Purchase The Savvy Method™ and schedule your kickoff consultation. We’ll use this time to learn more about your business, workforce, current HR practices, and any concerns you already have. 02 — Complete Your Pre-Assessment Before we begin the audit, you’ll receive a questionnaire about your organization, employees, locations, HR practices, systems, and current processes. 03 — Upload Your Documents You’ll securely provide the HR documents you currently have available. This may include your employee handbook, policies, offer letters, onboarding documents, payroll information, forms, procedures, and other relevant records. Don’t have everything? That’s okay—that’s part of what we’re assessing. 04 — We Get to Work The Savvy team conducts your audit, reviewing your information and documentation against 150+ checkpoints to identify gaps, risks, opportunities, and areas where your HR foundation can be strengthened. 05 — Review Your Results Once your audit is complete, we’ll schedule a results consultation to walk through your findings together. We’ll discuss what’s working, what needs attention, your highest priorities, and recommended next steps.
