The Team Structure
Our team structure brings together experienced HR, payroll, and recruiting professionals to give businesses access to the right expertise when they need it.
Rather than relying on one person to handle every area of HR, work is supported by professionals with specialized knowledge in their respective areas. This allows us to approach each client’s needs with greater depth, accuracy, and attention to detail.
While each team member brings their own expertise, we work collaboratively to create a consistent experience across every engagement. Strategic oversight and established processes help ensure the work stays aligned with your business, your people, and your goals.
Within the Savvy team, our expertise spans three core areas:
HR Professionals

Our HR professionals help build and maintain the people practices that keep your business running smoothly.
From compliance and policies to employee relations, onboarding, performance, and day-to-day HR operations.
They help ensure your people practices are not only compliant, but also aligned with the way your business actually operates.
Payroll Professionals

Our payroll professionals manage the details behind accurate, timely, and compliant payroll.
They support payroll processing, audits, reporting, system administration, and issue resolution while keeping an eye on regulations that impact your workforce.
Working closely with our HR professionals, they help connect your people practices with payroll processes.
Recruiting Professionals

Our recruiting professionals help turn your workforce needs into great hires.
They support sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and hiring processes while creating a professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Once the right person is selected, our recruiting and HR professionals work together to help create a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Brittney excelled in employee relations, handling complex issues with finesse and fairness that significantly contributed to our HR initiatives' success and our overall well-being.

Get clear on where things stand & where you need to go from here
Your business is new, is growing, or is experiencing changes, but your HR practices may not have kept pace.
An HR audit gives you a clear, honest picture of what’s working, what’s missing, and what’s putting your organization at risk. From policies and compliance to processes and documentation, this service helps you understand exactly where you stand today without overwhelm or judgment.
This is a strategic review designed to surface gaps, reduce risk, and create alignment between how you operate and how you want to grow. You’ll receive practical, prioritized recommendations so you know what to fix now, what to plan for next, and what’s already supporting you well.
The result? Fewer surprises. Clear priorities. Reduced liability. And a solid HR foundation you can build on with confidence whether you’re scaling, restructuring, or simply ready to lead more intentionally.
