About Us
After more than a decade of building HR departments from the ground up, Brittney Simpson, SHRM-SCP, founded Savvy HR Partner. She spent years in the trenches working with healthcare clinics, scrappy nonprofits, fast-moving startups, and professional services firms that were expanding faster than they could manage.
Savvy HR Partner gives big-company HR strategy to small and growing teams. We do it with the flexibility, creativity, and straight talk that actually gets things done.
Today, we partner with organizations across the U.S. to bring them the clarity they need to grow their businesses and the kind of culture that makes people excited to be part of that growth.

At Savvy HR Partner, our mission is to help growing businesses build workplaces where people and performance thrive together.
We simplify HR so leaders can focus on strategy, not stress. Through practical solutions, strategic partnerships, and a human-first approach, we turn everyday challenges into systems that drive clarity, compliance, and culture. Because when people feel supported, business results follow.
