Case Study: Manager Training Program

In Q2, Savvy HR partnered with CareDesk to design and implement a comprehensive manager training program aimed at equipping leaders with the tools and skills they need to grow alongside the company. This initiative was a pivotal step in preparing CareDesk’s leadership team for the exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead as the company continues to expand.


A key element of this program was the use of the Predictive Index (PI), a scientifically backed behavioral assessment tool. Every participant completed the PI, providing valuable insights into their work styles, communication preferences, and leadership potential.
