Workplace Safety: Ensuring the workplace complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, coordinating safety audits and implementing safety programs.

FMLA and Leave Management: Administering Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave and other statutory leave programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Data Protection and Privacy: Ensuring employee data is protected and managed in accordance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA. Implementing and enforcing data privacy policies.

Wage and Hour Compliance: Ensuring compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other wage and hour laws, including proper classification of employees, overtime pay, and minimum wage requirements.

Discrimination and Harassment Prevention: Developing and enforcing policies to prevent workplace discrimination and harassment. Conducting training and handling investigations of complaints.

Immigration Compliance: Managing compliance with immigration laws, including visa and work permit requirements. Ensuring proper documentation for employees’ right to work.
